Each capsule contains 100 mg. of the DIM® Blend Complex which provides 25 mg. of DIM® (Diindolylmethane).

Vegetable Cellulose, Gelatin, Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Silicate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Contains <2% of: d-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate, Silica. Contains soy ingredients.

For adults, take one (1) capsule three times daily, preferably with meals.
