Other Ingredients:

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) (Fruit), Cinnamon (Bark) (Cinnamomum verum and/or Cinnamomum aromaticum and/or Cinnamomum burmannii), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily.
