ALL PARTS OF THIS CLEANSE ARE TO BE TAKEN DAILY FOR 7 DAYS WITH PLENTY OF WATER.

Part 1: Take 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes then take Part 2.

Part 2: Take 1 level scoop mixed in 8 ounces of purified water in the morning and 1 level scoop mixed in 8 ounces of purified water in the evening. Stir until dissolved. Follow with at least 8 additional ounces of water.

Follow this regimen day 1-7 of this program. May decrease to 1 scoop a day if elimination is sluggish. Take with or without food. Drink plenty of water while taking this product.

Part 3: Take 2 capsules at night with 8 ounces of purified water, with or without food. If your elimination is frequent, you may wish to decrease your use of Part 2. May be taken at the same time as your evening serving of Part 2.

Follow this regimen day 1-7 of this program. This product should be consumed with 8 oz. of liquid.

Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this fiber supplement if you have difficulty in swallowing.

This product contains cape aloe and rhubarb. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cape aloe and rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
